Return Policy
· Please contact us within 2 days after receipt of the product in case return or exchange is required.
· Returns are only accepted within 7-days of item received and if the product is not found as advertised. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the there is a fault or deviation in the product from the order.
· Returned item MUST be received in the same condition they were sent in and received by the buyer with original packaging.
· Please do not USE items, if you wish to return them as they cannot be replaced or refunded.
· We are not responsible for returns due to sizing related issue because size selection is done by the customer. Custom orders are not returned unless there is a fault or item not as described. However, return shipment charges, taxes and any other charges would be paid by the buyer.
Shipping Policy
· Most of our items are shipped from our overseas factory. Shipment takes place within 2 to 7 working days after receipt of payment confirmation and reaches its destination within 3-12 working days depending upon location.
· We use DHL or FEDEX to send items to UK/USA/Canada.
· We do not ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses as we use courier services and they only deliver to physical addresses. For PO Box, APO/FPO address delivery, extra charges of $20 will be applicable; alternatively buyer can provide us a physical door address in the destination country.
· Tax & Custom charges are beyond our control. You requested to check their local office for any tax/custom charges. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
